- Solo speech selections must be memorized. Class
time limits must be observed or a penalty in marking may result.
- It is the responsibility of the competitor (parent/teacher)
to read ALL rules and enter the correct class.
- Competitor will be judged on the age appropriateness
of the selection. ORIGINAL publications must be brought to the Competition
for the Adjudicator.
- Costuming and props optional provided no set-up
time is required.
- Performances may be in either English or French.
